Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior meditation experience?

No. All offerings are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are.

How much does individual mindfulness coaching cost?

We offer a standard hourly rate for one-on-one sessions. Sliding scale options are available, and cost should not be a barrier to participation. We’re happy to talk through what feels workable during an initial conversation.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. While many people prefer to meet in person, we also offer virtual one-on-one sessions when it’s a better fit due to location, scheduling, or personal preference.

How does pricing work for groups or organizations?

Group and organizational offerings are priced based on scope, duration, and format. We are happy to create a proposal tailored to your needs.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are conversational and experiential, often combining brief practices with reflection and discussion. The focus is on developing awareness and practical skills that carry into daily life.

Do you work with schools, nonprofits, or community groups?

Yes. We have experience working with students, educators, nonprofits, and professional teams, and we tailor sessions to the needs and context of each group.

Is this religious or spiritual?

No. The approach is secular, inclusive, and grounded in evidence-based mindfulness practices.

Is this therapy?

No. Mindfulness coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. It can, however, complement therapy and support well-being in everyday life.
