We offer individual mindfulness coaching with practical tools for navigating stress, anxiety, connection, and daily habits. The work is grounded, secular, and focused on building awareness and capacity.

One-on-one sessions are typically held at our home on Madison’s east side, with flexibility to explore other arrangements, including virtual, when helpful.
